Every child involved in a disciplinary situation or reporting unprofessional behavior is expected to fill out an incident report. Incident Reports will be used to investigate situations prior to making a decision on a matter.
PROCEDURE FOR INCIDENT REPORTS
- Fill out an incident report on this webpage or as a hard copy that you turn in to Ms. Brooks in Room 100.
- A JJMS employee will contact you within 2 business days to let you know that they have received your report.
- The JJMS employee will conduct an investigation and will propose a resolution to the situation within 5 business days.
- If the student or their family is not satisfied with the result, the concern can be sent to the Principal Mrs. Lara. email@example.com.
