Non-UCP/General Complaints for Adults

If you have a concern or complaint about any other topic, please use the Non-UCP or General Complaint form below.

Fill out the form using as many details as possible. Examples of the use of this form can be any of the following but are not just limited to the examples below.

This should be used for any situation where an adult feels another adult has behaved in an inappropriate or unprofessional manner and attention to the incident is needed.

This report can be used to alert JJMS staff to any concerns you have for the safety of your child or other children.

This form can also be used to report concerns with teaching practices. 

This form can be used with any incident that took place in a classroom.

 

PROCEDURE FOR NON-UCP COMPLAINTS

  1. Fill out the form on this page.
  2. Within 2 business days, one of the JJMS administrators will let you know that your complaint has been received.
  3. A JJMS administrator will conduct an investigation.
  4. Within 7 business days, an administrator will contact you to let you know what action the school has taken.  In some cases, state and federal privacy laws may prevent us from providing details about actions taken by the school. 
  5. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the administrator, you may contact the Executive Director at marsh@jamesjordanms.com
